Did you know that you don’t have to use Sky to have your system installed? For a much more personalised service, you can use Cable Guys instead.

If you’re prepared to pay a monthly subscription for your channels (starting from £22 depending on your requirements), then nothing quite compares to Sky, due to its range of content on offer.

Why choose Cable Guys for Sky TV installation?

Put simply, we are experts in getting it right the first time. We know of customers who have been let down by Sky before, due to the issues that arise with special height requirements of listed buildings.  In contrast, we are much more prepared to take the time to give you the best possible solution right from the outset.

We have experience in configuring not just Sky, but also Sky+, Sky+ HD, Sky multi-room and Sky Q; and we can also install the dishes in areas that are more difficult to access, such as on flat roofs and conservatories.

How does our Sky installation service work?

We’ll visit you for a site survey at a time that’s convenient for you, and we’ll talk through your requirements, and provide you with our recommendations.

Whether it’s your first installation, or you’re moving home and want to take your dish with you; if you choose to have your Sky dish installed with us, we’ll get it all set up for you as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

Once we’ve installed the dish, we’ll check the alignment with a sophisticated spectrum analyser, so that we can ensure the best possible signal.

It’s also possible for us to connect your Sky Q box to your broadband router, so you’ll have access to both OnDemand and catch-up TV.

With our Sky installations, your warranty is with Cable Guys, and not Sky. This means that should you have any problems in the future, you can contact us or another local company for a faster response.

Our CAI membership means extra benefits for you

We’re members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI), which means that you’re completely protected when we set up your Sky TV installation.

But that’s not the only benefit you’ll enjoy. Accreditation also means:

  • We only use the highest quality tested equipment that’s been approved by the CAI’s certification scheme.
  • All of our domestic installations are guaranteed for 12 months. Because we’re insured, you’re protected too!
  • We always adhere to and abide by the CAI Codes of Practice and British Standards.
  • The CAI continuously monitors us to ensure that we do adhere to these high standards.

We’re also members of Digital UK, Buy with Confidence, SafeContractor, Trust Mark and Which. Therefore, you can rest assured that if you choose us for your Sky cable installation requirements, you’ll be in safe hands!
