There is definitely one Cable Guys not to confuse us with and that is an outfit that was operating out of Swansea until recently. Apparently this Cable Guy was offering insurance for set-top boxes, a service that we have never offered. It also transpires that this company has now ceased trading leaving many disappointed customers behind.
We are not, and have never been, associated with this company. Whilst we are sympathetic to the plight of their customers we cannot help with the situation and any concerns should be directed to the local Trading Standards office.
